Our Seamstresses and Tailors:
We support a community of local seamstress' and tailors by out-sourcing production to them.
Our Interns:
Obra Gris is supported by a number of Interns that we couldn't function without, including:
Barbara (AKA - Barbie) - textile design specialist, a great eye for design, cool textiles and helps create unique pieces with fabric interventions.
Kimberly (AKA - Kimba) - Multi-dress master, can make one with the UTMOST accuracy in less time than drinking 2 cups of coffee!
Melissa - master of uncooperative fabrics and an old overlock sewing machine
Mónica (AKA - Moma) - Killer at piping and unbeatable patience at hand stitching
The Rest of Us:
Ire, Dave, and a whole bunch of other people who help with advice, guidance, contacts, support and lots of hard work with whatever needs to get done.
